Since I was child, I love having & cooking plant based food and basically not having meat even everyone in Japan loves meat dishes. I believe Japan has plenty of traditional plant based food & Seasoning like Tofu, Miso, Wasabi, Seaweed, ( Of course many seasonal vegetable & mushroom too!! )
In 2014, my husband I came to Australia in our holiday and were fall in love in Perth!!!
Beautiful nature, Perfect Relaxing atmosphere, Friendly people.. also I found lots of plant based food which made me super excited!!
Next year we decided to move to Perth and I worked for Japanese restaurant for 3 years and realized there is no Japanese restaurant or take away shop which is specialized in plant base although Japanese food is known as healthy food.
I have been into making my own Japanese style plant based recipe with beautiful local ingredients which I love in my private.
And now I would love to share these unique & healthy, full of love recipes for all healthy food lovers!!
